Courgette pasta

One of my favourite summer recipes. Quick to throw together, minimal ingredients and zingy uplifting flavours with tons of basil, garlic and lemon zest.

You can of course use packet pasta for this, which I often do, but handmade Cavatelli provide a lovely textural bite.
